NUTRITION EDUCATION/COUNSELING - Individual consultations with a Registered Dietitian to discuss your nutritional needs and to implement a plan to achieve your goals. A typical initial consultation is an hour and a half and will include obtaining your personal, medical and nutrition history, reviewing food journals, blood work, providing nutrition education and goal setting. Follow-up sessions are encouraged to increase long-term success with goals. Follow-up visits can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour and include monitoring your progress, reviewing and altering goals as needed and continued education
CORPORATE CONSULTING - Available for trade shows, creating educational materials for public or in-house needs, speaking engagements.
SUPERMARKET TOURS - Build the perfect shopping list for your health. Meet with a registered dietitian and learn the ingredients to meet your nutritional goals. It all begins at the grocery store. Sessions will include formulating an individual shopping list to meet your needs and a trip to the grocery store. You will be educated about labels, food groups, budgeting, and much more! This service is recommended after a visit with the dietitian.
PUBLIC SPEAKING - Available for a variety of events including: religious organizations, doctor’s offices, support groups & corporate settings.

Pregnancy/Lactation - Excess or inadequate weight gain, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, breastfeeding

Heart Disease - Hypertension (high blood pressure), Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol or triglycerides)

Stacy Warringer, RD, LDN, Owner
Stacy is a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of nutritional experience. She is currently the owner of Cassara Consulting, a nutrition counseling practice
where she specializes in nutritional education for bariatric surgery, weight management, kidney disease, elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels, high
blood pressure and diabetes management. Prior to opening Cassara Consulting in 2006, Stacy garnered her experience by working in a variety of nutritional
capacities including: local hospitals, nursing homes, local dialysis centers, non-profit agencies, out patient clinics, as well as a consultant for Fortune 500
Food and Beverage Corporations. Stacy received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rutgers University and completed a required dietetic internship
through the University of Dentistry and Medicine of New Jersey. She has also received a certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Stacy is a working mother who believes that you can balance making whole, healthy choices for your family while seemingly always on the go.
